Movement built with intention. Strength built to last.

Movement Matrix is a boutique strength and mobility training studio that teaches people how to build strong, capable, resilient bodies through intelligent programming, small-group coaching, and health & wellness education.

Movement Matrix is for people who:

⊹care about strength, but also longevity.
⊹want to move better, not just sweat more.
⊹are tired of guessing and ready for structure.
⊹want coaching that respects where they are while still helping them grow.

❌ Not Random Workouts. ✅ A Training System.

Most fitness spaces give you a workout.

Movement Matrix gives you a framework.

Every class, session, and program is built with intention: assessing where your body is starting, reinforcing the positions and patterns that need support, and progressively training strength, mobility, and performance over time.

You are not here to chase exhaustion.
You are here to build capacity.

⊹ Assess
We observe how your body is moving today.

Reinforce
We build control, stability, and connection where your body needs support.

Transform
We train with purposeful intensity to create strength, resilience, and adaptation.

This is our ART of Movement Method. It shapes every session at Movement Matrix.

⚡️ How We Train

Train With Purpose

Movement Matrix is for people who want to feel stronger, more capable, and more connected to their body—without being thrown into random workouts or left to figure it out alone.

Our training is intentional, progressive, and built around the way your body actually adapts: through clear coaching, purposeful strength & mobility work, mindfulness, recovery, and consistency over time.

  • Seasons of Strength

Our signature small group training membership built around structured training seasons. Each phase has a specific focus — strength, mobility, performance, muscle development, or recovery—so your training has direction throughout the year.

Best for clients who want consistency, clear progression, and a strong coaching environment without needing fully private training.

Membership options include 2x/week, unlimited, and class packs. Check out our schedule here.

  • Focused Small Group Series

Semi-private training is for clients who want more individualized coaching inside a smaller setting. These are focused 4–8 week training series built around a specific goal or theme, such as Learn to Lift, Kettlebell Conditioning, Mobility, or other specialty programs.

Best for clients who want more personal attention, a clearer outcome, and a smaller group experience while still training alongside others. These groups typically meet 2x/week with 1–4 people.

  • Private Coaching + Individualized Support

Private training is the highest level of support & education at Movement Matrix. Sessions are built around your goals, movement assessment, injury history, training experience, and current needs.

Best for clients who need custom programming, deeper coaching, more specific modifications, or support rebuilding confidence pre-surgery, post injury, or before entering a group setting.

  • Workshops, Specialty Programs + Community Learning

Movement Matrix is not just a place to work out. It is a space to learn how your body works, understand why you are training a certain way, and build confidence through education.

Events may include workshops, seasonal specialty programs, recovery-focused experiences, community sessions, and skill-based education designed to support long-term strength, mind, and body awareness.

Step Inside. See the Method. Find Your Path.

Step 1: Tour the Studio

We’ll begin by walking you through the space so you can get familiar with the environment, equipment, class flow, and overall feel of Movement Matrix.

You’ll learn how our studio is intentionally structured to support small group training, 1:1 coaching, mobility work, recovery, and educational events — all within one clear method.

This is where you get to see the space before stepping into a full session.

Step 2: Understand the Method + Move Through an Assessment

From there, we’ll introduce you to how we train and why it works.

You’ll learn more about the Movement Matrix approach, including our focus on strength, mobility, body awareness, progressive training, and intentional coaching. Then we’ll guide you through a simple movement assessment so we can better understand how your body moves, where you feel strong, where you feel limited, and what kind of support may serve you best.

This is not about passing or failing. It is about creating a clearer starting point.

Step 3: Find Your Training Path

By the end of your orientation, we’ll help you identify the best next step.

Movement Matrix offers several ways to train, including small group training, semi-private coaching, 1:1 training, mobility-focused work, and educational events. Each path has a different level of personalization, financial investment, time commitment, and support.

Before you leave, your trainer will review your goals, initial assessment, schedule needs, and ideal training structure. Afterward, you’ll receive follow-up information so nothing is left unclear.

Meet Your Movement Mentors

Movement Matrix is led by coaches who value education, precision, and care.

Our role is not to entertain you through exercise.
Our role is to coach you toward better movement, stronger patterns, and more confidence in your body.

Rachel DuVall

Rachel created Movement Matrix after more than a decade in the fitness industry. She saw the same patterns repeat: people wanted to get stronger and more connected, but pain, confusion, inconsistency, or lack of education kept getting in the way.

Her work blends strength training, mobility principles, joint-specific control, and long-term programming strategy to help clients build bodies that feel capable, not just conditioned.

Movement Matrix is the evolution of that work: a studio built around structure, education, and the belief that strength should serve the way you move and live.
