Creatrix of the Movement Matrix
Rachel DuVall is a Strength & Mobility Mentor with over a decade of experience in the health & fitness industry. Her mission is to build a community of lifestyle lifters while teaching her clients how to build a more resilient body, helping them feel capable and confident in and outside of the gym.
As an athlete her whole life, Rachel was often praised for being “so fit”. She assumed she was healthy. After all, she had great endurance, she was in good shape, and on top of that, she was an athlete. So she was obviously healthy, right? She had, like most people in our society, come to connect good health with weighing less and doing more. And to the outside world, she appeared to be one thing: Fit.
While Rachel found herself praised for her performance and fitness, she couldn't have felt worse. Over time, Rachel found herself feeling less than worthy and had trouble standing up for herself to protect her wellbeing. Her boundaries and self-worth were deteriorating, even as everything looked fine on the outside.
In those moments, Rachel found out the hard way that “being fit” doesn’t always mean feeling good.
The lack of alignment began to weigh on her. And she would soon discover that she’d need to redefine fit and healthy for herself.
In time, Rachel’s athletic background would become her greatest strength. It would be a source of discipline, commitment, and the consistent practice she shares with her clients and uses in her daily life too.
While some stories come with a definitive “aha moment”, Rachel’s isn’t one of them. There was no single moment when her life began to change.
And that’s made all the difference.
Instead of one defining moment changing everything (like it often does in movies and most fitness narratives), what changed Rachel’s life was a series of little things she did to develop herself, to make incremental shifts, and to make them consistently.
In the moments where she became most fed up with how she felt, amidst a series of more bad days than good, she found her way with small, daily improvements.
After years of working on her own wellness journey and helping people start (and stick with) one of their own, Rachel knows that discipline, commitment, and continuous practice (Where you do it whether you win or lose) make all the difference.
And she now trains her clients with that same holistic, steady-growth-focused approach to health and wellbeing.
Rachel encourages daily movement that mixes mobility, strength, and persistence. So, you don’t just look better or feel better for a moment, you redefine health for yourself. You create room in your life for supportive nutrition, a movement practice that supports your wellbeing, and an optimistic mindset that spills over into other aspects of your life.
It’s a transformative shift that can have you experiencing steady growth toward those goals you’ve set for yourself.

Assess
Embark on a journey of self-discovery, where every facet of your being is examined. It's not just about what you eat or how you move; it's about understanding where you stand now, where you aspire to be, and the path that bridges the two. Before leaping into change, we take stock of your multidimensional self—evaluating rest, recovery, stress, sleep, core values, happiness, food choices, nutrition, functional movement, mobility, and more. It's about gaining clarity and insight into what truly supports your transformation.
-
Reinforce
Einstein once said that doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different outcomes is the definition of insanity. To achieve your aspirations, it's time to reevaluate habits, behaviors, and patterns that no longer serve your vision. We kickstart this process by reshaping your personal definition of 'health' to align with your unique goals. We'll reprogram unhelpful associations and movement patterns while reinforcing the elements of health that drive your transformation. It's about reshaping your approach to health and well-being for lasting change.

Transform
Transformation isn't merely a destination; it's the journey through the ART of Movement Method. Your metamorphosis occurs as you become conscious of, work on, and implement the changes essential to redefine, reprogram, and reinforce your goals and values. It's a dynamic process rooted in self-awareness, a journey where the essence of 'you' takes center stage, evolving into a more empowered, vibrant, and fulfilled version of yourself.
