Rachel DuVall is a Strength & Mobility Mentor with over a decade of experience in the health & fitness industry. Her mission is to teach her clients how to build a more resilient body in as little as 2 hours/week, while helping them feel capable and confident, in and outside of the gym.


Throughout her career, Rachel has observed that joint pain is a major limiting factor in one’s ability to reach their goals whether it’s attaining a certain physique, reaching other fitness milestones, or simply feeling good doing the things they want on a daily basis. The majority of her work revolves around joint specific strength training, rooted in scientific principles, to achieve the physical freedom one desires. But Rachel understands that health is multidimensional—her holistic approach prioritizes other aspects of movement, nutrition, recovery, and more. Rachel’s signature method ‘The ART of Movement’ which is utilized in every session, is inspired by her own journey, training, and success she’s had helping other people move and feel better.

    When you work with Rachel you’ll be building a personalized strength and mindset practice that’s designed to support your lifestyle. Her 1:1 Strength & Mobility Mentorship is a progressively phased program that is unique and individualized.

    Rachels 1:1 Mentorship will help develop better body control to reduce pain & injury while maximizing your movement potential safely, efficiently, and effectively so you can move better, feel better, and live better.

    Rachel curates each session to shift your mindset from 'Shit, I have to do this again?' to 'Damn, I can't wait to do that again!' The focus is on working out as a daily, steady practice that feels good, not just a thing we do to get results sometimes.

    You’ll feel capable and confident moving forward knowing you have the resources and knowledge to stay committed to your practice, feel your best, and reach your goals.

    Rachel’s 1:1 Mentorship is best for people who:

    ⊹ have fallen out of shape for longer than they can remember and want a consistent movement practice

    ⊹ have physical pain that is preventing them from reaching fitness goals

    ⊹ are beginners feeling overwhelmed, intimidated, or discouraged

    ⊹ are long time gym goers putting in the effort consistently, but not yielding results they desire

    How does the mentorship work?

    Rachel wants to learn all about your exercise history, experience, lifestyle, and what’s motivated you to take this next step. All containers will begin with an assessment. Rachel will perform a detailed movement assessment of your body's capacity, identifying any limitations or aberrant joint functions that may be affecting your performance. We'll uncover the body's root causes of any pain and discomfort. We’ll review what you can expect from your 1:1 experience based on your assessment, personal preferences, wants, and needs.

    What is the financial commitment?

    The package option you choose is based on your frequency training, budget, goals, and more. You and Rachel will discuss the best option for you during your assessment.

    8 Sessions ($997) | 16 Sessions ($1897) | 24 Sessions ($2667)

    All sessions are 60 minutes long. Payment plans are available for all options.

    How often should you train 1:1 with Rachel?

    Rachel’s clients work with her anywhere from 1x/month to 2-3x/week. This depends on many factors: availability, budget, overall goals & intent, etc. During your assessment, this is something that will be discussed to figure out the best option for you.
