🌀Seasons of Strength is a culmination of Rachel’s lifelong journey as a seasonal athlete and 10+ years of training clients. Throughout her career, discovering that elite athletes rotate through different training phases was no surprise. Rachel was a multi-sport athlete her whole life, all pursuits required different physical demands.
What did shock her was how underutilized this structure of training is, especially for the general population. This method optimizes performance, strength, aesthetics, and mobility for the elite, and she believes it can work wonders for all of us too. That’s why she created Seasons of Strength—to bring these time-tested principles to our everyday fitness routines.

All Seasons of Strength small group training will be held at a fitness studio, NuYu Fitness, 615 W Park Ave, Oakhurst, NJ. The fitness studio is located on the 2nd floor of West Park Ave tennis Center. In addition to the fitness studio, you have access to locker rooms, showers, and facilities during your class time.
Current sessions times are:
Tuesday & Thursday 7:00am
Wednesday 9:00am
Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm
*You can mix & match class times (Ex: 2x/week, Tuesday AM/Thursday PM)
All sessions are 60 minutes. If you are interested, but unable to make the times currently offered, please contact hello@movementmatrix.co with preferred times. More classes will open up based on availability and demand.

The 6 week small group training series is $397 for 2x/week, and $198.50 for 1x/week. The exclusion is the 4 week session, which is $264 for 2x/week and $132 for 1x/week.

Each group session is limited to 6 people. A small, intimate group setting is ideal if you are looking for community & accountability, while getting the attention & guidance of working with a trainer 1:1.

Rachel acknowledges that life events can occasionally interfere with your dedication to a regular fitness regimen. While it cannot be guaranteed, Rachel will make efforts to accommodate makeup sessions, taking into consideration availability and scheduling constraints.

No, enrollment will open 1-2 weeks before the season begins, and close before the first session starts.

Absolutely not! Although Seasons of Strength is here to support your fitness goals all year round, it’s not an obligation. You may want to sign up for one or two seasons to learn a new style of training, enhance your current workout routine, try something you never have before, or simply find support and friendship within community.

No. Once you enroll for the season there are no refunds or prorates for missed or unused sessions. In the event you miss a majority of the season due to life events, illness, etc, Rachel will do her best to accommodate, but there is no guaruntee.
